HOW TO
PREPARE ME

Rustic 5 cereals soup double portion, rich in fiber and selected grains. The stars are red rice, spelt, barley, oats, and soft wheat. A first course ready to be warmed up.

Prepare only the portion you intend to consume.

IN POT:
Pour the product into a pot, bring to a boil, Boil the product for at least 3 minutes.

MICROWAVE:
Take the bowl out of the package and remove the protective film. Bring the product to a boil and Boil the product for at least 3 minutes At maximum power (750-900Watts).

Caution: mix the product thoroughly while heating.

CHEF'S ADVICE:
Season with a drizzle of raw olive oil, add pepper, and serve.

HOW TO
CONSERVE ME

Fresh product, store in the refrigerator between +2°C and +6°C.

Once the package is opened, store in the refrigerator making sure it is tightly closed and consume within 2 days but no later than the expiration date.
