With the beginning of autumn, the winter "tour" of tastings and showcooking by Bontà di Stagione. Our team of chefs, led by Walter Gallo, delighted young and old with the most imaginative yet simple recipes with dishes from our winter line.
In this first phase of instore tastings, our collaborators were warmly welcomed in the Conad outlets of Collatina in Rome and Trevi (PG) then, where they met the enthusiasm of the local public, intrigued to try the mouth-watering recipes that can be born from a ready-made dish.
Star of these two weekends of events was undoubtedly the brand new line Rice&Vegetables: a meeting of flavors between this cereal and the most delicious vegetables, in three fragrant and tasty flavors. A line that has met with the approval of the public, especially that of the little ones, who have shown they really like this novelty.
Even for more "traditional" soups, the appreciation was no less: classics such as the Cereal Soup o Mantuan Pumpkin Velouté have confirmed that they are indispensable and irreplaceable dishes.
"An overall excellent response," said star chef Walter Gallo. "Very rich from the point of view of numerical attendance the first two days, in which we were pleasantly 'assaulted' by the store's clientele."
The chef then reiterated. Marco Montanari - "A seasonal 'first' with the CONAD sign that bodes well for the future."
