  • 1 package of Peas and Zucchini Cream 350 g.
  • 500g. potato gnocchetti
  • 300 g. shrimp
  • Salted ricotta cheese to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Lime to taste

DIRECTIONS

In this recipe for four people our Peas and Zucchini Cream is the perfect base for an elegant and flavorful first course, ready in minutes. Try Potato Gnocchetti with Peas and Zucchini Cream and Shrimp and you'll fall in love at first taste.

  1. Take some shrimp and cut into smaller parts.
  2. Marinate the shrimp with oil, salt, pepper, and lime.
  3. Take a frying pan, sear the shrimp on both sides, and keep them aside.
  4. Pour the previously cut shrimp, the Peas and Zucchini Cream, the potato gnocchetti and heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the pot from the heat, dish.
  6. And finally, decorate with the blanched shrimp, salted ricotta and a grind of pepper.
