Broccoli stalk chips:
Ingredients:
- 1 stalk of broccoli
- 20 g of rice flour
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon curry
- Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
Preparation:
The first step in making these chips is to cut the stem with a knife, and clean it, removing the outer part.
After obtaining 1-2 mm thin rounds, transfer them to a plate and pour in a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
In another dish put the flour, adding the oregano and curry.
Then pass the rounds through flour to finally lay them in a baking tray lined with baking paper and pour another drizzle of oil.
You can fry your broccoli stalk chips in hot oil or bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
If you prefer, however, you can use the hot air fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes, or until you get the browning you want.
Now you can enjoy your chips as a side dish or for a tasty appetizer!
