Everything is ready for the seasonal change, which will kick off today, May 4, in the Italian retail chains where we are present with our recipes, despite the difficulties of the moment we are going through. "We are ready to present our delicacies," confirms our sales manager Franco Rollè, "in a second half of the year in which "lighter" recipes prevail compared to the winter ones, but equally natural, rich in flavors, colors and raw materials that represent in the first instance the guarantee of the highest quality that has always been our defining note.
Nine single-portion (350 grams) references that can amaze and delight the palates of our consumers:
- the DELICATE TRIS., harmonious and tasty velouté made from carrots, fennel and ginger with extra virgin olive oil;
- the CARROT AND ROBIOLA CREAM SOUP, a comfort food perfectly suited to the summer season;
- the VELVETY PEA SOUP, ZUCCHINI AND RICOTTA CHEESE, ideal as a practical and tasty dish;
- the BROWN RICE WITH TOMATO, a typical Mediterranean dish enhanced by the use of brown rice;
- the GAZPACHO, an Italian execution of a typical Spanish soup, also ideal served cold, made with tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers;
- and again the PUMPKIN AND CARROT PUREE WITH FRESH GINGER;
- the VEGETABLE AND LEGUME SOUP summer version;
- the VEGETABLE PUREE, delicate and fragrant cream enhanced by seasonal vegetables;
