Our tips for a starry autumn dinner!

When the scents and colors of autumn intertwine expressing themselves in a poetic atmosphere and the mercury shrinks on the thermometer column, it may be because of the variety of products the season offers us, but the desire to prepare delicious recipes in one's own kitchen increases incredibly. Have you already thought of organizing a dinner party but due to lack of time or skill among the stove you've been putting it off? Don't worry, with our Bontà di Stagione you'll be able to wow your guests with star-studded dishes.

Among the typical products of the autumn season, pumpkin excels, an unmistakable ingredient for its fragrance that manages to meet even the strongest flavors, giving delicate and deliciously harmonious recipes. For a surprising result we recommend our cream of carrot and pumpkin soup to extra virgin olive oil flavored with fine herbs, a crescendo of flavors that you can make even more delicious with a top secret advice from our chefs.

First secret, spicy oil: blend extra virgin oil in a blender with some spices: cumin, curry madras and pink pepper and let the resulting oil rest in an airtight container at room temperature for a few hours, ideally a whole day so that the spices release all their scents to the olive oil. Second secret, the langoustine tails: before heating the past in a casserole or microwave, sauté about ten langoustine tails in a nonstick pan with two drops of extra virgin olive oil. Once seared you'll need them to garnish the dish and finish it off with a few drops of spicy oil. A real delicacy.

The procedure is very simple: heat the Bontà di Stagione onion soup in a casserole or microwave, pour it into earthenware bowls on which the croutons will be arranged on the bottom, cover to surface with grated emmenthal, and proceed with grating in a preheated oven at 180-200° for a few minutes until a golden crust is obtained.
