The solutions, thanks to the variety of products offered by the Sunshine season, are numerous, and with a bit of imagination, it is really easy to obtain delicious dishes.
For the summer, we at Bontà di Stagione, have come up with, in addition to our offerings such as salads and velvety soups by the glass, an original variety of products: the Cereal harmonies. The delicacy of the raw material is intertwined with truly unique flavors with a surprising result in which tradition and novelty come together thanks to the extraordinary combinations conceived and elaborated by the starred Pier Bussetti and our other knowledgeable chefs. Cereals also are rich in vitamins and minerals and, served, for example, together with vegetables, they turn into a truly appetizing dish.
Had you ever thought of matching Black rice buckwheat with cannellini and green beans, peas, eggplant, peppers, carrots, zucchini, and raisins? We at Bontà di Stagione have tried and the result was surprising. We also offer red brown rice and bulgur with the soft, velvety flavors of green beans, peas, chickpeas, cauliflower, celeriac, carrots, zucchini and cranberry! Also worth trying is the four-grain couscous (corn, kamut, barley and spelt) in concert with the indistinguishable scents of curry and saffron spices accompanied by vegetables and the flavor of green and black olives and also the tasty barley and spelt together with seasonal vegetables! Also not to be missed is the highly original recipe with millet and quinoa along with asparagus, borlotti, peas, bell bell pepper, carrots, zucchini and a mix of dried fruits: hazelnut, almond and cranberry. Finally, the delicious black bean salad proposal with red brown rice that is intertwined with chickpeas, leeks, potatoes, carrots, bell bell pepper, peas, and zucchini. Our chefs come up with unique and original proposals on a daily basis, constantly looking for surprising combinations to enhance the taste of raw materials.
