Again this year, as in 2016, the beautiful town of Sestriere hosted the women's leg of the Audi FIS Ski World Cup 2020. It was a weekend of full immersion in the world of competitive skiing, a world event that drew thousands of fans and onlookers to the Via Lattea slopes, ready to see the athletes challenge the snow in the Giant Slalom and Parallel Giant Slalom.
An event strongly supported by a large number of sponsors and partnerships; Euroverde and Bontà di Stagione proudly boast their presence among them.
In fact, next to the snow-covered slopes, in the sponsor village, the "Snow Village," Bontà di Stagione's booth stood out because of the crowd of enthusiastic tourists and sportsmen, who waited in the long line to be able to participate in the free tastings of our chefs, who offered dishes such as Pasta e Fagioli, traditional hot foods that warmed the hearts and spirits of young and old alike.
A great enthusiasm for traditional soups, but also quite a lot of interest in more recently released recipes, such as the line Rice&Vegetables, which has attracted the curiosity of most to these gourmet-tinged, fragrant and flavorful novelties.
A spectacle of sport and taste at a high level, which made this early 2020 Piedmont weekend unique, with numbers never seen before in Sestriere: at least 30000 people in 48 hours reached the town to enjoy the event, with great satisfaction and effective teamwork of the organizational staff, which skillfully managed every aspect and did not get caught unprepared by any unforeseen event.
