Tuscan soup with Parmesan waffle

  • 2 packagings of Tuscan soup 350 g.
  • Parmigiano grattuggiato
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

DIRECTIONS

Tuscan soup, in a dress never tried! Follow our recipe to get these beautiful baskets:

  1. Warms the Tuscan soup following the instructions on the back of the package.
  2. Cover the base of a non-stick pan with grated Parmesan cheese and put on fire to melt.
  3. With a spatula turn it and cook for a few moments.
  4. Now, take the waffle and place it on a bowl upside down, so as to give it the desired shape.
  5. Once cooled, fill with soup and garnish with oil and pepper to taste.
