  • 2 packages of 420 g mashed potatoes.
  • 80 g. breadcrumbs
  • 150 g. soft cheese
  • 150 g. of cooked ham
  • 80 g. of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Oil q.b.

PROCEDURE

Potato gateau is a traditional Italian recipe, loved by everyone and perfect for a tasty and complete meal. In just 10 minutes of preparation and 40 minutes of cooking time, you'll have a stringy dish golden brown on the surface, made special by our Mashed Potatoes.

Follow the recipe steps and bring a timeless classic to the table. 💘

  1. Pour the eggs into a bowl and beat them with the aid of a whisk.
  2. Add the Mashed Potatoes of Bontà di Stagione, the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and mix.
  3. Pour in a drop of oil and add the soft cheese and diced cooked ham and mix.
  4. Grease a baking pan and adhere the breadcrumbs, pour in the mixture, and after spreading, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
  5. Finally, pour in a drizzle of oil.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° in static mode and bake for about 40 minutes.
  7. Serve the gateau still warm. Enjoy!
