Polenta and Gorgonzola PDO crostini with sausage

  • 1 package of Polenta and Gorgonzola PDO 350 g.
  • Butter
  • Sausage
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

DIRECTIONS

How to transform our Polenta and Gorgonzola PDO a delicious aperitif?

  1. Warm Polenta and Gorgonzola PDO following the instructions on the back of the package.
  2. Spread it on a baking sheet with baking paper and let it cool.
  3. With a stencil cup the polenta creating rectangles, then brush them with melted butter.
  4. Cut the sausage and place it on the polenta rectangles, bake everything at 200° for 15-17 minutes.
  5. Place on the cutting board and season with a drizzle of raw EVO oil and a pinch of pepper.
