How to transform our Polenta and Gorgonzola PDO a delicious aperitif?
- Warm Polenta and Gorgonzola PDO following the instructions on the back of the package.
- Spread it on a baking sheet with baking paper and let it cool.
- With a stencil cup the polenta creating rectangles, then brush them with melted butter.
- Cut the sausage and place it on the polenta rectangles, bake everything at 200° for 15-17 minutes.
- Place on the cutting board and season with a drizzle of raw EVO oil and a pinch of pepper.
