  • 1 180 g package of Gran Golosa salad.
  • stale bread
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion
  • feta cheese to taste.
  • basil to taste.
  • water q.b.
  • vinegar to taste.
  • oil q.b.
  • salt to taste.
  • pepper to taste

PROCEDURE

In this version of Panzanella, the star is our salad Gran Golosa, a delicious and crunchy mix in which the bitter notes of red radicchio and arugula stand out, balanced by the sweetness of sugar loaf.

In just a few steps you will bring a fresh, simple and tasty dish to the table.

  1. Take the bread and cut it into cubes. Transfer it to a bowl, add the water and vinegar and mix.
  2. Wash the vegetables.
  3. Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes, slice the onion.
  5. Pour the salad Gran Golosa In a salad bowl.
  6. Combine the squeezed bread and add the previously cut ingredients.
  7. To flavor it you can add a few cubes of feta and a few basil leaves.
