Onion soup au gratin "la parisienne"

For 1/2 person

  • 1 package of Onion Soup 350 g.
  • 200 g. whole wheat bread or croutons
  • 100 g. Emmental or similar cheeses

DIRECTIONS

  1. To garnish the Onion soup Bontà di Stagione make toast whole bread cut into slices, better if a baguette. Alternatively, crostini are also great.
  2. Warms the Onion Soup in the microwave for 5 minutes at 900 Watt or in a pot over low heat until boiling and pour into the bowl on top of the previously toasted bread.
  3. Lay the Emmental on top of the soup along with the rest of the bread or croutons.
  4. Place the terrine in a preheated oven at 250° for just long enough for a golden crust to form on the surface.
  5. Serve it while still warm and- enjoy!
