Onion soup gratinated "the Parisian"

For 1/2 person

  • 1 package of Onion Soup 350 g.
  • 200 g. whole wheat bread or croutons
  • 100 g. Emmental or similar cheeses

DIRECTIONS

  1. To garnish the Onion soup Bontà di Stagione make toast whole bread cut into slices, better if a baguette. Alternatively, crostini are also great.
  2. Warms the Onion Soup seguendo le istruzioni sul retro della confezione e versala nella terrina sopra al pane precedentemente tostato.
  3. Lay the Emmental on top of the soup along with the rest of the bread or croutons.
  4. Place the terrine in a 250° preheated oven for as long as it takes to form a golden crust on the surface.
  5. Serve it still hot and... Bon appetit!
