- To garnish the Onion soup Bontà di Stagione make toast whole bread cut into slices, better if a baguette. Alternatively, crostini are also great.
- Warms the Onion Soup seguendo le istruzioni sul retro della confezione e versala nella terrina sopra al pane precedentemente tostato.
- Lay the Emmental on top of the soup along with the rest of the bread or croutons.
- Place the terrine in a 250° preheated oven for as long as it takes to form a golden crust on the surface.
