  • 1 package of Gazpacho from 300 grams
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Fennel
  • Yellow and red peppers
  • Ravanelli
  • Radicchio
  • Celery

PROCEDURE

A tasty and original idea for serving our delicious Gazpacho is in pinzimonio: quick and easy just chop your favorite vegetables and serve them with Gazpacho. A quick idea for a healthy and tasty appetizer.

  1. Remove the outer leaves of the radicchio, discard the underside and cut into strips.
  2. Remove the capsules of the peppers and the central seeds. Finally cut out strips.
  3. Take the carrots, remove the ends and peel them with a peeler; then cut them into sticks.
  4. Take the fennel and cut off the ends. Remove the outer leaves and cut into four equal parts and then in half again.
  5. Take the radishes, remove the top and bottom, and cut into rounds.
  6. Remove the top and bottom of the celery, remove the filaments with a knife, divide in half and then cut into four equal parts to make strips.
  7. Pour the Gazpacho in a small bowl and arrange the previously cut vegetables in several glasses.
  8. Your appetizer is ready to be enjoyed.
