The Bruschetta with Gazpacho and burrata will surprise you:
- In a hot frying pan, toast slices of bread, slightly moistening them with a drop of EVO oil.
- Arrange the slices of toasted bread still warm on a plate or tray, so that they do not overlap each other.
- In the middle of each slice of bread pour about a tablespoon of Gazpacho, trying not to get it out of the edges of the bruschetta.
- Using a fork, arrange the burrata in any quantity you like, also trying not to get it out of the edges.
- Garnish the bruschetta with a fresh basil leaf and, if desired, with ground black pepper.
