Gazpacho bruschetta with burrata

  • 1 package of Gazpacho 350 g.
  • Sliced bread to toast
  • Burrata stracciatella
  • Basil in leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

The Bruschetta with Gazpacho and burrata will surprise you:

  1. In a hot frying pan, toast slices of bread, slightly moistening them with a drop of EVO oil.
  2. Arrange the slices of toasted bread still warm on a plate or tray, so that they do not overlap each other.
  3. In the middle of each slice of bread pour about a tablespoon of Gazpacho, trying not to get it out of the edges of the bruschetta.
  4. Using a fork, arrange the burrata in any quantity you like, also trying not to get it out of the edges.
  5. Garnish the bruschetta with a fresh basil leaf and, if desired, with ground black pepper.
  6. Serve the gazpacho bruschetta with burrata, and enjoy sharing!
