  • 8 friselle
  • 150 g. di Stracciatella
  • Pesto to taste
  • Basil to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste

Here’s how to prepare friselle with Pappa al Pomodoro, stracciatella and pesto, perfect for hot summer days.

  1. Take the friselles and immerse them in water for a few seconds to make them soft.
  2. Warms the Pappa al Pomodoro (for 5 minutes in the microwave or pan).
  3. Pour the Pappa al Pomodoro on the frisella.
  4. Add the stracciatella and a few drops of pesto.
  5. Complete with salt, pepper and a drizzle of oil.
  6. Decorate with some basil leaves and serve on the table.
