Our Fresh Fresh Salads, named so to emphasize the quality of the product, are divided into plain and crisp to approach and meet everyone's taste! Lettuce, valerian, arugula, misticanza and oriental mix are our suggestions of Delicate salads while, among the Crunchy, you will be able to find: mixed, paesanella, sugar loaf, iceberg and radicchio, sfiziosa, iceberg and carrots, exquisite threads, poker, chicory and carrots. All very fresh products, rich in the scents and flavors of wholesome vegetables just picked from the garden but ready to be enjoyed.

Plain or enriched with other ingredients, salad is among the freshest and most wholesome solutions to choose for summer lunches. Tuna, mozzarella, tomato and corn are the most commonly used salad accompaniments, but grilled turkey, shrimp, bresaola and eggs are also great ingredients to transform your dish.
