Success under the Mole for Euroverde with Bontà di Stagione

A busy three days at Eataly Torino for Bontà di Stagione.

Another great success of the collaboration between Eataly, a world-renowned food and wine temple, and Euroverde with its premium Brand Bontà di Stagione. Framing the weekend's event was a beautiful Turin, hometown of the ambitious project of Farinetti and a destination for international tourism.

 

The point of sale Eataly Torino Lingotto for three days hosted the Euroverde Chefs. Walter Gallo e Marco Montanari and the Commercial Director Franco Rollé, which delighted the palates and enchanted the very large international audience (Italian, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese) with tastings, show cooking and pairing recommendations with the "Bontà di Stagione soups for Eataly".

 

"The most recurring questions from the audience," Walter Gallo specifies, "were those related to the characteristics of our products, the presence or absence of preservatives, and their shelf life. Astonishment, on the other hand, we caught when we made it clear how simple it is to "build" a dish starting, for example, from a classic velouté. The first question was answered instead by pointing out that at our place the preservatives (the letter E) no provision is made for. Despite this, the shelf life of the recipes is far above average thanks to the attention paid to every step in the production stages. With great care of the seasonality of products and the quality Of raw materials."
