Three days during which they will be made to taste the recipes of the line autumn - winter 2018 - 2019 with special attention to the references already present with Eataly brand at the main Turin headquarters of the well-known chain of national and international stores.

Tastings and show cooking, under the direction of Michelin-starred chef Walter Gallo and junior chef Marco Montanari, pillars of Euroverde.
