Eataly Rome (Oct. 18 Square), one of the nationwide and international leaders in the food and wine industry, Friday, Feb. 23 to Sunday, Feb. 25 will host Euroverde with delicious tastings of single-serving soups and show coocking with the chef of home led by Walter Gallo.
They will offer tasty pairings and reinterpretations of typical dishes of our cuisine based on the Azzano Mella company's recipes.
