So much satisfaction from the entire Euroverde management and the chefs, Michelin-starred Walter Gallo and junior chef Marco Montanari: "Having a queue for tastings is always a beautiful image and it is the one with which we left the three days in Milan. So many images to remember but one out of all enhances our philosophy. Specifically that of a little girl of just three years old who, after tasting our mashed potatoes, of her own accord took a package of product from the refrigerator counter, inserting it "by force" among those in her family's cart."
