Interview with the "Quality Control" department of Euroverde
Have you ever heard of quality control? Silvia, Benedetta, Francesca and Emanuela are the women of the quality control department at Euroverde. Together with the company's top management and Plant Manager Marco Spalla, they take care of the products that arrive directly on your table: "Our job is to take care of food safety, so that every product reaches the consumer fully guaranteed and with the certainty of the greatest common peace of mind. We always tell our employees that it is necessary to work first with the head than with the hands. A constant control ours, which never ends and embraces every step of the production and regulatory chain. Enforcing the rules is the most difficult aspect, even more so than the technical ones related to controlling the production process, labeling, and packaging. We are united in bringing it to fruition and complementary."
“Our greatest gratification is to find customer satisfaction, understood as end consumers and large retailers. It can happen in a direct way or even by reading approval emails related to the consumption of the recipes proposed by the Company. The same is true when we manage to quickly and comprehensively solve the field issues that take shape on a daily basis. This is both responsible and motivating work, which finds sap in the current implementation of lines and the multiplication of recipes. Any input along these lines automatically creates more commitment on our part and helps to make us better at "problem solving" skills. And to make us more and more credible in the eyes of our stakeholders, in the Company and outside." Goals?: "To keep the quality standard achieved unchanged and where possible to improve it while also contributing in a personal key to the growth of Euroverde Società Agricola." The constant format of our work?: "For each product that is born, multiply the attention. Fundamental, at the same time, the control towards our suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials, especially with regard to the V Gamma."
