There are very few days left to Tuttofood 2017. The only Italian industry event dedicated to b2b with an international scope that will be held in Milano Fiera between May 8 and 11 now in its 5th edition. Euroverde will be present with a special booth where the season's novelties will be previewed!
Undoubtedly taking center stage will be, for the Le + Buone line, the new single-portions: Tris Wellness and Asparagus Velouté.

Ready in just 3 minutes, it is the ideal dish to bring to the table, as is or enriched with Parmesan cheese and croutons.
The simplicity of this recipe makes the velouté an ideal base for making more elaborate dishes, perhaps for a chic aperitif: portioned into small cups or elegant "finger food" spoons. It can be enriched with noble ingredients, such as a fresh prawn tartare, bites of griddle-roasted salmon, or small turkey rolls.
A big news in Seasonal Goodness concerns the restyling of the packaging of Wellness Tris, Tomato Velouté, Italian-style Gazpacho, and Pea and Zucchini Velouté. With bright and diverse colors depending on the main ingredients of the dish, to give color and cheer even inside the refrigerator!
