All the benefits of broccoli: find out how to choose and cook it

The inflorescences should be compact, brightly colored and without yellowed parts, the leaves should be fleshy and break with dry sound.

Once purchased, they should be stored naturally in the refrigerator and can be kept for up to four or five days.

To clean them, simply discard the leaves, detach the tops from the core and wash them under running water.
