We start with the Cereal Harmonies: the balance of flavors achieved by our knowledgeable chefs would already be enough to win over all your guests, but our advice is to impress them further by serving the cereal in mini glasses or in single-serving spoons ready-made or prepared by you. How? You can make them with puff pastry by placing it between two spoons and pressing firmly so that it takes the desired shape. After that, toast them in the oven and, once ready, you can fill them with Cereal Harmonies by embellishing them with a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil! If you don't want to turn on the oven you can also prepare single portions by hollowing out a bell bell pepper, tomato or eggplant using them as baskets to accommodate the cereal!
We proceed with the Velvets in a glass. Their fragrance is so sweet and harmonious and their colors so inviting that they will hardly go unnoticed at a buffet under the stars. Zucchini and pea velouté for example is a truly refined recipe to which, if you add a strip of crispy bacon you will win the palate of all your guests. And why not present Bontà di Stagione tomato velouté in a small glass with an addition of stracciatella or mozzarellina di bufala cheese with two fresh basil leaves for a much tastier take on caprese? And then our gazpacho! Like the other velvety or fresh soups you can present them this way in simple single-portion or cocktail glasses or with an addition of gelatin to shape your imagination!
Thinking of an even more summery and fresh dish like a salad? At Bontà di Stagione, we prepare that, too, thanks to the variety of our Fresh Fresh Salads! From the most classic to the most original you can impress with imagination, taste and freshness. To the Bontà di Stagione lettuce you can add shrimp and dress everything with pink sauce and parmesan shavings or some diced mozzarella, nice ripe strawberries, a handful of pine nuts and ham! And for those who like crunchy vegetables you could make a very tasty recipe with Iceberg or Sugar Loaf with Smith apples and walnuts seasoned with apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and lemon!
