Here are the strengths of the line of fresh risottos Bontà di Stagione, which aims to bring innovation to the Italian fruit and vegetable sector.
They are 2 the absolute novelties for the fall/winter 2021 season, which consumers will be able to find on sale from October:
- the Risotto at Mushrooms with Porcini, typical of Italian cuisine, a real must among autumn recipes;
- the Saffron Risotto, realized in collaboration with Zaffy, a first course, which in its essentiality, brings out the best of saffron's aromatic qualities.
Due to the strong coloring power, the rice grains are embellished with a pleasant and eye-catching gold color that makes this recipe so special.
They will flank Asparagus Risotto, Pumpkin Risotto, Artichoke and Radicchio Risotto, and Ortolana Risotto (available in spring/summer).
All six references are offered in 300-gram single-portion versions, contain only 100% Italian rice, and are prepared without the use of cream or any kind of preservative, thickener or flavoring.
