The Bontà di Stagione "tour" has finally touched Tuscany, with two events hosted by Coop Centro Italia. Precisely, the two taste-filled days were held, as previously announced, in Sinaluga (SI) and in the Le Piaggie location in Arezzo.
It was a weekend of tastings and much interest from the attentive consumers of COOP Central Italy, which, as described by junior chef Marco Montanari, were "literally taken by storm."
"We were impressed by the interlocutors' desire to know everything about our productions, from the origin to the final result. This is a sign that consumers are paying more and more attention to what the market generally offers them," the young chef added later.
Among the most appreciated peculiarities is the versatility of the recipes, which can easily be used as a base or among the ingredients of more creative and elaborate dishes. A feature that pleases, and broadens the possible audience of "fans" of the products even to more demanding consumers with a greater passion for cooking and preparation.
Passion already intercepted by the staff of Bontà di Stagione, which has specially created a series of video recipes (available on youtube and all social media), to interact even more with cooking enthusiasts on a hands-on level, lovers of "stir-frying," as they say.
