It was a weekend of taste and color for the Bontà di Stagione team, who were guests of Conad Hypermarket at the Quasar Village in Corciano, Perugia.
The colors of summer recipes dominated the scene, in a three-day tasting and show cooking event expertly managed by our team of chefs.
"They really liked our summer recipes," confirmed chef Marco Montanari, "and in particular the gazpacho, which we offered for tasting with bruschetta accompanied by stracciatella and basil. It was precisely the tastings that catalyzed the interest of the public, confirming that attention to detail is rewarding, as is the explanation of everything that is produced and proposed.
