  • 1 package of Tuscan soup 350 g.
  • 4 sandwiches
  • grated pecorino cheese
  • sliced speck
  • sliced scamorza cheese
  • extra virgin oil to taste
  • pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

The secret to making the Tuscan soup even more delicious is to follow this recipe, which is easy and ready in short time.

  1. Take a bun and cut off the top, empty it of the crumbs.
  2. Line the bottom with two slices of speck, add the shredded scamorza cheese, the Tuscan soup and other pieces of scamorza cheese.
  3. Complete with a sprinkling of pecorino cheese, a grinding of pepper and a drizzle of oil.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
