These cookies are frighteningly good, made special by our Mantuan Pumpkin Velouté! Easy to prepare and fun to decorate.
- Take a bowl and pour in room temperature butter, sugar, a teaspoon of cinnamon and mix with a whisk.
- Add the eggs and incorporate them into the mixture.
- Combine the Mantuan Pumpkin Vellutata.
- Sift in flour and mix until smooth.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface. When it is soft wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and create the cookies with shapes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° in static mode and bake for 10 minutes.
- Bake the cookies and decorate them however you like: with colored icing or powdered sugar.
