Pumpkin soup with rice

  • brown rice
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Leek
  • Onions
  • Pumpkin
  • Salt
  • Water

Modalità di preparazione

IN THE MICROWAVE: extract the bowl from the pack and remove the protective film. Heat for 3 minutes at maximum power (750-900 Watt).

IN A POT: pour the product into a pot and warm over low heat until boiling and stir occasionally.

Please note: cooking time may vary depending on the power setting or the amount of heat used.

CHEF’S ADVICE: flavour with a trickle of raw olive oil, add some pepper and grated cheese.


Store in the refrigerator from +2°C to +6°C.

Once opened, keep in the refrigerator making sure it is tightly closed and eat within 2 days and not beyond the expiration date.
